DHU-18 | 浴衣 yukata

Yukata tells the story of a fleeting summer moment, where tradition, memories, and self-expression come together. Created for the DHU-18 Illustration Competition by Digital Hollywood University, the artwork draws inspiration from the beauty of Japanese culture and the quiet confidence embodied by the yukata. Through this illustration, I aimed to capture not only a visual aesthetic, but also the feeling of nostalgia, elegance, and cultural connection that transcends generations.
